Machining Capabilities for Power Generation, Power Transmission & Switching, and Electrical Components at Hogge Precision

Our machining capabilities for power generation, power transmission & switching, and electrical components include:

  • CNC Milling: We maintain a fleet of 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers that can mill components using as many as 120 machining tools at speeds up to 15,000 RPM. We can achieve tolerances of ±0.0005 inch.
  • CNC Turning: Our CNC turning machines use 7-Axis and 8-Axis multi-task machines to manufacture precision components. We can create highly accurate components from bar stock up to 3 inches in diameter and slugs as large as 10 inches in diameter within tolerances of ±0.0005 inch.
  • Screw Machining: We use single- and multi-spindle CAM-operated screw machines for mid- to high-volume production of precision electronic components. We can achieve tolerances of ±0.001 inch.
  • Swiss Machining: Ideal for small and intricate components, our Swiss machining equipment can be fully automated for exceptional precision on parts up to 1-1/4 inch in diameter.
  • Machine-Tending Robots: We use the latest robotics technology for quick and efficient production with a high degree of consistency.
  • Inventory Management: We offer our customers inventory management programs, which ensure they always have the products they need without having to maintain an unnecessarily large inventory.
