The customer required a complete, ready-to-use knob assembly for a production application where smooth operation, consistent thread engagement, and reliable fit were critical. Hogge Precision provided an end-to-end assembly solution by combining in-house precision machining of the black Delrin knob and a 2011 Aluminum threaded screw to tight tolerances, ensuring consistent engagement and performance.
Hogge Precision also sourced two screws needed to complete the full assembly — installing the machined threaded screw into the knob — followed by inspection to verify fit, function, and repeatability. Assemblies were then kitted, labeled, and packaged to the customer’s specifications, ready for immediate use on the production floor.
