We are equipped with a wide variety of machines to produce your parts in the most cost-effective manner. We are able to run up to 2-1/4" diameter bar stock on our multi-spindle screw machines. We have single spindle screw machines up to 3" diameter bar stock. We also have a CNC department equipped with 2 and 3-axis lathes, 3 and 4 axis Vertical and Horizontal machining centers, and our new Multi-axis turning centers. Equipped with a bundle loader and tool life management software, these machines are capable of running unattended (24x7 lights out) resulting in lower costs to our customers. In addition to running unattended, these machines allow us to make a part complete without any secondary operations. This improves piece quality and decreases overall lead times.

We also have numerous secondary operation machines, i.e., chucking machines, turret lathes, milling machines, centerless grinders, O.D. burnishing, thread rollers, and punch press.

Customer sastifaction is our number one goal. We try to keep an average lead time of three to four weeks delivery. Some of our specialty operations include:

Gun drilling; .078"-.500" in diameter, up to 12 inches deep

Centerless grinding, crush grinding, 3" capacity; steel, stainless, brass, and copper

Burnishing; up to 1/2 diameter, able to achieve 2-4 micron finish

Precision thread rolling; in-feed, thru-feed type machines; 7/8" dia capacity, all thread types, all metals
