Our wide variety of state-of-the-art CNC Multi-axis Turning Centers and Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers meet tolerances as tight as ±.0005″, all while running lights out, thus guaranteeing you continuous and exacting production. For mid to high volume production turning, we are equipped with 15 Multi-Axis CNC turning centers with multiple turrets and spindles which allow us to drop part off complete. All of these machines are equipped with twelve-foot bar loaders which allows us to run, “lights out.”. For smaller batch sizes or for parts that can’t be machined complete in one operation, we can handle those on any of our 9 conventional 2-4 Axis turning centers. For prismatic parts, we are equipped with vertical and horizontal machining centers.
